This year Google made a massive change. The American giant decided to release a new smartphone collection called Google Pixel.
The collection features Pixel and Pixel XL with fascinating high-end features.
The new hi-tech devices are the first models on the smartphone market which include the Google Assistant feature and an unlimited storage capacity.
The units are available on the online Google store, where you can preorder them. The price for the cheaper version of Pixel costs around $650 and the most expensive one, the Pixel XL is around $870 dollars.
The models come in three shades: Quite Black, Really Blue and Very Silver. The case is made of aluminum and both units are equipped with Type C USB slots and fingerprint sensors located on the back of the phone.
They have 12,3 megapixels cameras, which according to Google they are the most hi-tech lenses ever designed.
Google claims both Pixel and Pixel XL scored 89 points on the DxOMark test, in comparison with the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, which scored 86.
However, the new devices lack from an extremely important element: the optical stabilization of the image.
Google Pixel has an AMOLED screen with a 5 inch diagonal and a full HD resolution.
The larger version, Pixel XL has a 5,5-inch screen and Quad HD resolution. Both models feature the Snapdragon 821 chipset, a 4GB RAM, a 32 GB internal storage capacity and a 3,5 mm audio jack.
Both smartphones are equipped with a rapid charging battery technology.
