Twitter blew up on J.Cole's new album

It has been a quiet year for the artist J. Cole up until last week and now we know why: he was busy working on his new album, which fans finally get a chance to enjoyCole’s new album called ‘

J. Cole’s new album called ‘4 Your Eyez Only’ has just been announced and in less than an hour from the release Twitter became flooded with jokes and opinions about the artist`s newest project.

He generated lots of controversies, especially with his songs ‘False Prophets’ and ’Everybody dies’, many people being convinced that through these two songs, the artist was trying to send subliminal messages to his fellow colleagues Kanye West, Wale Lil Yachty, Drake and Lil Uzi Vert . Wale took it so personally that even created a response track called ‘Groundhog Day’.

The album’s accompanying documentary, ‘Eyez’, created even more buzz.

Released through Tidal, ‘Eyez’ is a 40-minute long behind-the-scenes into Cole’s creative progress since the release of his last album ‘Forest Hills Drive’ back in 2014.

 The documentary shows footage of him in the recording studio in NYC, riding his bike,  playing basketball, fine-tuning instrumentation for the album such as trumpets, saxophones and violins.

His haters are doing their best to troll anyone who likes his music.

However, his loyal fans are really impressed with his album and documentary, calling his work ‘real music’ stating that the topics chosen are is very down to earth, genuine and empowering.
