On February 15, India will face a big game against England in Pune. The team has prepared for the game with brand new jerseys.

For promoting their new outfits, the players took photos and shared their stories about love for the game and how they have struggled to get where they are now. The motto for the kit is “Self-Belief”.

“Cricket has taught me everything I know about life. I truly believe that sport helps shape your character as an individual,” said the team captain, Virat Kohli.

The team has been partnering with Nike for years, who provides them every year new kits.

In 2015, in January, the uniform was made from recycled material. In 2016, it featured a special design that would resist any aggressive play.

The jersey this year has two new features called ‘Zero Distractions’ and ‘4D Quickness’.

The 4D one provides directional and dimensional quickness, while the other promises to cut any distractions. The material is also breathable and will protect the players from temperatures or conditions. While they play in India, the jerseys will be very useful, as the temperatures are high and the humidity also.

The women and the men team will have the same jerseys.

Fans are really excited about their new uniform. The team is an inspiration for the cricket lovers in India.

Over the years, the game has evolved a lot and it was necessary the improvement in the jerseys.
