Celine Dion sells her Palm Beach property half-price

The Canadian singer, Celine Dion, has decreased her expectations from $ 72,5 million to $ 38,5 million regarding the selling price of her property in Palm Beach, Florida.

This is because of the difficulty of finding a buyer, according to a local media source, quoted on  Tuesday by EFE.

The luxurious property on the Atlantic Ocean coast has a total area of 2,3 hectares and has two interconnected pools equipped with slides, water cannons and three villas with a mesmerizing ocean view.

The selling price of the property involves a decrease to half the amount requested in 2013.

The famous interpret of the song “My Heart Will Go On” originally demanded 72,5 million dollars, writes local newspaper The Sun Sentinel.

The main villa has 930 square meters and two children’s rooms, each with separate private bathroom with a hot hydro massage tub and a master bedroom with terrace and view to the wharf.

The guests have at their own service two houses, each having four bedrooms, tennis courts, a gym, a summer house equipped with a bar, grill, a small kitchen near the pool and a massage room.

In January last year, Celine Dion had lost her husband, René Angélil, who was also her manager.

Unfortunately, he had lost his battle against cancer. They have together three children: René-Charles, aged 15 years and the twins Eddy and Nelson, aged 6 years.

Some years before her husband died, Celine Dion started canceling her concerts. She has stopped singing as a sign of solidarity to her husband. She took care of him as a loving wife until his last breath.
