Yet another big company experiences issues that lead to recalling their products. Lamborghini is the latest one to do so.
The company is going to recall almost 6000 cars after some major problems occurred. Amongst their models, Veneno, a latest luxurious and incredibly rare vehicle, will also be recalled.
According to an administration about traffic safety, some models can be dangerous. If the tank is full of gas, the car can catch fire. The danger is real and something needs to be done to prevent this.
According to the Italian firm, until now, they are aware of only seven cases of fire around the world.
They have only twelve Veneno models up and running and now, they are all going to be recalled. This car is super pricey, with prices ranging from $4 million to $4.5.
Lamborghini already informed the owners about the recall a day before they released their statement yesterday.
Lamborghini Aventador is another model to be recalled. About 5,900 of them will be taken. This one is cheaper than Veneno, only 400K.
In spite of these issues, last year was successful for the company. They revealed that they make a record in sales around the globe. The sells also improved from the previous year. They sold 3,457 cars in total.
According to the firm’s spokesperson, the owners need to take their cars to a dealer to fix them. The process only takes a couple of days.
At the end of last year, Honda also had to recall some vehicles, but for different issues.
