J.K. Rowling Trump

The British author has publicly apologized for launching false accusations against President Donald Trump

J.K. Rowling wrote on social media that Trump has ignored a child with disabilities who would have liked to shake hands with the president during an event organized at the White House a few days ago.

Shortly after the author of the Harry Potter series launched these allegations, a clip was posted on Youtube, in which Donald Trump looks like he is refusing to shake hands with the boy.

“How amazing and how horrible it is that Trump does not reach out to a boy who just wanted to touch the president”, wrote J.K. Rowling on Twitter.

Instead of letting things out and allow everyone to once again label Donald Trump as this arrogant characters, the mother of the disabled child cleared everything up.

The woman has said the writer misinterpreted the video.

“Several sources informed me that it was not a complete representation of their interaction. Obviously, I have projected on the images that I have seen my own weaknesses in the issue of people with disabilities who are ignored. If I caused to the child any inconvenience or to his family, I apologize to them unreservedly “, has Rowling recently posted on Twitter.

However, J.K. Rowling also did not directly apologize to President Donald Trump, who would have grasped the boy when he entered the room.

“Trump did not ignore my son, and Monty (the baby’s name, no) did not even try to reach his hand (in that video, no)”, wrote the boy’s mother in a message posted on Facebook.

Meanwhile, J.K. Rowling deleted the first post.
